We frequently refurbish and extend existing properties to an outstanding standard, often resulting in units being pre-let prior to completion.

Mixed Use

We have won awards for our work with mixed use sites, including the fiercely-contested Birmingham Post and Mail Design Award for Garden Court in Birmingham. This development is one example of how we have worked to refurbish established properties, in this case converting Grade II listed 19th century almshouses into one and two bedroom apartments.
